Amazing game

An incredibly dynamic and deep strategy game. Feels and looks like Hearts of Iron with the 4X mechanics dialed up a bit.
Despite my short playtime, I can already see that the game is incredibly deep.
Even early on, you can really get into the nitty gritty and min-max as much or as little as you want.

Really enjoying the learning process so far, something you will need to enjoy if you are gonna stick with the game.
Early on in every game (every turn really) you will make many mistakes, but these mistakes are identifiable learning moments.
Utilizing and exploiting these moments in later turns or games is really satisfying.

If you don't like falling headfirst into these games, there are videos or detailed write-ups that go in depth on mechanics.
DasTactic's YouTube videos are a good source of info if you are wanting more info on particular mechanics.

When the dev's stop suffering from success this game will be god tier.

This game makes you wonder how 3 people can make a better game than the 700+ dev team behind 2042...
Superior performance, maps, gun-play, and team dynamic.
Plus cross-team proximity chat, a working squad/party system, and no obfuscated scoreboard.

For a mere 15 dollars. EA/DICE should be ashamed.

Hoverfield 2042 about sums it up. Game is not close to finished, 22 Guns dice? how was this game in development for 3 years...
Weapon Bloom, Broken vehicles, RC helicopters, No classes, Cringe end screen, Disbanding lobbies, Attachments with the same stats, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over-sized maps, Death march at the start, Few neutral vehicles so it's a running sim, Lame equipment options, and that doesn't even touch half of the stuff wrong with this title.

The worst sin however, is the hovercraft.
Faster than any other vehicle.
More maneuverable.
Insane regen out of combat, legit full hp after 20 seconds.
Broken weapons that kill in less than 2 seconds.
Probably the tankiest vehicle in the game, takes an entire squad to take one down.
and can ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fly/climb walls.

3 years and multiple developers to release this pile of garbage.
