Great game. The developer has done a great job supporting the game for years and their new games are a must-buy for me.

I'm not the biggest fun of Metroidvania games as I tend to get lost and find the difficulty to be frustrating. I was presently surprised by this game though. While I found the game to be hard, it never got to the point were I wanted to stop playing. The game did a good job with the save points and shortcuts that I never lost to much progress. There were enough healing items and health upgrades that the final boss was one of the easier fights in the game. It took me 8 hours to beat getting all the items.
I would recommend it for people who want a challenge without getting frustrated.

Really fun visual novel about meeting new friends and reconnecting with old ones.
The story takes place in Ogasawara, which was a place I didn't know existed.
During the start of the games, there are a lot of pop-ups explaining the different areas you visit during the game and I really liked learning about this place.
The protagonist is returning to the islands to the island after being away for a couple of years.
He meets up with his childhood friend Chisa, and also meets a girl named Emily who is there for the first time.
There are only a few choices in the game, and the route seems to be determined by a single choice that makes you pick between the girls.
The routes follow largely the same story steps, but you learn more about the girl who's route you picked and end up dating them.
I have played a lot of VNs on Steam, and this is one of the better games. The story is fun, the character designs are well done, and the music is also really good.
It's a typical visual novel but there are some added visual effects that really make it stand out.
I would definitely recommend it for fans of visual novels.

It's a puzzle platformer. The closest comparison is Limbo.
Compared to Limbo I would say that the world was a lot more interesting, and the game was slightly less gruesome. The puzzles were also a lot easier than Limbo, and I was able to make steady progress through the game until the a couple of the last few puzzles stumped me. It has a very earie atmosphere that makes you want to keep playing to see what happens next.

I like to write notes while playing games and this app is great for that. I can keep the game open on one screen while typing on my 2nd monitor. Before I got this app, some games would minimize whenever I tabbed out of them, which was annoying.

I don't know what this game was going for, but I was very confused by the events that were happening. There was not enough time to get to know the character, and the story rushed to a confusing end.

The concept is interesting but the implementation is lacking. The game advices just going with what seems right, but there were times I didn't even know what my button presses would do, which made the result random. I wish there was feedback after each activity telling you if you did the "considerate" thing. I played through the whole game in one sitting, and at times I was just pressing buttons at random.

I played the demo for this game when I was younger and always wanted to play the full game. Getting to play this on Steam was a return to my childhood and I really enjoyed my time with it. The combat is not very complex but remains fun through the whole adventure. Using the shield potions is always fun, specially against the big shield groups. There are certain enemies that require a ground stomp to finish off, and they were annoying as they broke the flow of combat. It was fairly easy to get all the collectibles, although one or two of the diamond helmets took multiple tries. Would recommend it to anyone who played these types of beat 'em ups in their childhood.

The combat is a lot of fun and there are multiple paths you can take which keeps it from becoming boring. Being able to bank your cells into upgrades at the end of each level makes it clear that you are making progress on each run which keep me motivated.
The first time you beat the game feels like a tutorial, and once you start increasing the difficulty, the weapons and stats you take become more important. It's nice feeling as you take on progressively stronger enemies.

The game is only saved at the map screen and at one checkpoint during the mission. However the game is not that hard and I never had to restart a mission. There are a variety of party members, which meant I was able to make a party I was happy with. It's possible to redo ambush events at campsite to get more skill points for your characters which helps if you want to try out all the skills.
