Unadulterated fun.

I stumbled upon this game while searching for something else. What urged me to buy it were the visuals. And I'm glad I did.

This game ultimately boils down to a bunch of events. You might call them micro-games, but they don't feel like that in my experience. They feel more like events happening very quickly, and I tend to think that micro-games are much more unrelated to each other (eg. the WarioWare series). I could be wrong, but alas. The main objective does have a striking resemblance to WarioWare, that being to get the highest score you possibly could with events eventually coming more rapidly after each other. One nice touch the developer gave is the 4 second brake you get around every 20 events that happened. While summing this up, it really made me wish there was some kind of online scoreboard added to the game. That would've been so engaging and I'd definitely say it could've boosted sales.

So, let's talk about the things (read: events) that are happening in the game. If you haven't seen the screenshots already, well... the name of the game is NSFWare for a reason. It's totally not safe for work. But totally safe for a good group of comrades! I can see this being played with the right group of friends, all huddling around the couch trying to get the high score and perhaps giving the wrong instructions to the new guy, haha. It is getting used to it though, since some instructions are very subtle, downright confusing or just non-existent. I do think that adds to the challenge of the game. I still don't master every event that's happening on-screen, despite having a respectable (I think??) personal high-score of 45 points. But that being said, it's solid fun after knowing it somewhat better.

Conclusion: this game deserves way more people at least trying it out (with friends). It's something unique, wild and fun to spend a few rounds to from time to time. This is the type of indie games I like, cheap and creative while being genuinely good fun. I think it's also a very cool game to give to a good friend on Steam, so future potential gift idea for ya right there. ;)

Haha strong car goes boom driving in to other cars lol

But uh seriously, I am just but a humble European so I don't know much about NASCAR and the video games. I watched this video so I do know about Mr. Earnhardt. God bless his soul. All I can say is that the game works like ♥♥♥♥ on Windows 10, but the fun I had with the game (by improper racing and testing out the physics engine if you know what I mean hehehe) is vastly overshadowing that. And isn't that what games are all about, the fun?

I have no idea why I wrote this review, it's really useless and just an attempt to be funny. Buy this game if it's on sale for a buck, or not. I think it's good enough.

The future potential of their games is definitely there

So I bought the game day one since it started appearing in my recommendations and the art style and trailer for the game reeled me in to buy the game on sale (because it just came out). The first level was nothing bad, and I quite liked... uh... the rewards. While the dialogue was a tad bit cheesy in my opinion (I mean come on it's a erotic themed game, i wasn't expecting steven king or anything, though the little hint of humor is definitely there), I have to give credit where credit is due and these guys hit it out of the ballpark on a graphical level. No really, the art style really is something to appreciate and I'd commend them for it. Like I said, it was one of the main driving forces behind my initial purchase. And seeing some nice lewds.

But good graphics doesn't necessarily equal a good game (despite a lot of main stream gamers following that philosophy unfortunately) and well this game wasn't good. I mean, it wasn't bad. Hell no. Just hard as balls. And that simple fact ruined the entire experience for me. So much so that I actually claimed a refund for the game, even though I think these guys deserve the money. I kinda went in picturing a erotic Doctor Layton kinda game in front of me, but damn. Either these guys are really bright or I lost a considerable amount of IQ points during this pandemic.

That brings me to mind for yet another compliment to the devs. It's pretty creative of them to play with this concept of society being in a lockdown, really makes the setting of the game feel more personal and contemporary. Now that I think about it more deeper, that was also one of the reasons I bought this. But alas, I unfortunately can't recommend this game because of the difficulty curve.

That's why I wouldn't recommend buying this game, however I would highly recommend looking out for the guys of Team Tailnut with their future work. Their artist(s) especially have some great potential and I can't commend them enough.

The hidden gem for noobs and professional players alike. Period.

This game mostly gets overlooked at by the majority of today's players, but it really deserves a second glance. Counter Strike: Source is a Source port of the classic Counter Strike mod for Half Life, and while it feels just like that, it isn't necessarily a bad thing. The graphics still seem up to snuff, even for today's standards in my regard. Since it's a Source game, it will run as well as Half-Life 2 can run on devices, by which I mean that it can run perfectly at at least 60 fps on any potato from the last 13 years to a brand new PC build sporting the latest and greatest GPU.

If the outdated graphics break it for ya, let the gameplay speak for itself. In my experience CS:S's gameplay feels more smoother than that of Counter Strike: Global Offensive's, and my gaming laptop is perfectly capable of running CS:GO without any hiccups. Since there aren't as many people playing CS:S compared to CS:GO you also don't have to deal way less with annoying players.

The gameplay really has led me to believe that Counter Strike: Source is excellent for gamers that are new to the Counter Strike franchise. I can tell from experience. While I am still quite the noob as I'm writing this review, my skill in playing Counter Strike has majorly improved compared to prior buying this game.

So, I cannot recommend hard enough that if you're new to Counter Strike or if you're gaming on a budget that Counter Strike: Source is a definite must buy.

This game. An instant classic. You might think that a game from 2004 on a 2016 PC must look like crap, huh? Well guess what? Valve has HD textures and models for 2016! This game that is fun from the get-go. 10/10 Easily.

Great game to lose some time, quite a challenge sometimes. Very creative of the developers that the platforms are invisible and that rainbow-ink uncovers them. Just like Void Invaders, a short game to lose some time. Check my review on that game! 9/10

I give this game one sentence to review. Space Invaders: Rave Edition. That's all this game need to be said about it! Just kidding, but the game is great. It's just like INK, a great title to lose some time. Could have had some more levels, but the game is good. Unless, if you have epilepsy. Check out my review on the game INK! 7,5/10

PS I change my my score, because the game accussed my of cheating for no reason! 6/10 See here.

Simply the best. For me, as a lover of everything retro, this is for me the motherlode! And if you worry about that darn mission Demolition Man - with the annoying RC chopper - play it on the Xbox/PlayStation 2, or just download a savefile. Funny thing is that when I play this game in my room and my mom passes by, she instantly reconizes the music for her own childhood. I didn't completed the game, but for everyone that did, gg dude. 10/10

PS I made a guide how to get money instantly in GTA:VC, it's especially handy if you're a noob in Vice City. Or just in the whole Grand Theft Auto-franchise.
