Satisfactory is a beautiful, addictive game that oozes even more potential from the well renowned developers Coffee Stain Studios. The gameplay is rewarding and addictive with no sense of misdirection. The sandboxy nature of the game combined with a linear feeling experience is a perfect combo, never limiting the player choice while still setting goals to be reached. Perfect for those like me who struggle setting their own goals to be met (looking at you Minecraft).

The gameplay loop is very simple, but the depth of the gameplay is where many, including myself, have lost countless hours inside of.

Alternative recipies are one of the smartest inclusions I have seen in a video game, providing no set direction on how to build factories while providing fair tradeoffs to make sure its not a necessity.

Exploration is eyegasmic, the handcrafted scenery is beautiful and rewards granted are well worth it, although combat is a dead zone. Annoying, easily exploitable and providing no real benefit other than a slight restriction on exploration, the three provided enemy types are simply just not enough and additional enemy types are drastically needed to improve exploration.

Overall this is an incredible game, making me feel like a genius with its at face value incredibly complex tasks that are quickly broken down to sizeable chunks with the ingame systems.

Good game

This game defies all logic of a battle royal, yet it is my favourite to date. All mechanics of spawning from the top of the map, scavenging and looting enemies is apparently missing in this game, yet all the big anime tiddies make up for that loss of content. 10/10

Good game to have fun in or play with friends.
