War Thunder is a Free-2-play Vehicle based fighting game. With a massive progression-tree, there's content for many years of play. Unfortunately you are unlikely to ever experience any of it beyond the Second World War, as the "Grind" at that point becomes brutal without giving money to the Snail. So this is less of a F2P, rather a DEMO of the game.

The Ship is no longer dead in the water. It's tacking in the wind once again.

This game has been with me for 7 years. I've spent more time in this game than any other and I wouldn't have it any other way. It takes you back to the most interesting time of Human history and doesn't have the rigidness and limitations of other Grand Strat Games from Paradox. It's multiplayer is just a ton of fun, even more so when you have the ledger turned off. The only downside of the game is the same as any Paradox game; you need the DLC's to make it better.
