I've been playing Valve games since the HL demo came to me on the cover disc of PC Format back in about 98 or 99, when I was still in school. More generally, I've been a gamer since I was three. Back when laptops had greyscale LCD screens and most people didn't know what a computer did, let alone what a laptop was ;-)
