I bought this game with the intention of learning how to fly a quad drone in real life, only 10 hours in but the game is more than just learning, it's a ton of fun too.

At first this game is super difficult and the training mostly helps, but I got bored with the training after about an hour so I went straight into freestyle where I learned that the first hour of training is NOTHING like actually flying a quad, but after a couple hours I got the hang of it aside from being able to turn. Then I went into an Easy solo race to force myself to learn to turn well. Did that racetrack in reverse to learn the other direction. The time trials are addicting. I went from over 2 minutes to under 45 seconds in a solo race in the span of 4 hours of playing, and the thought of getting under 45 seconds is exciting. I've moved on to other races that are more vertical and that are about fitting into small gaps with precision. It can be frustrating but completing it the first time and subsequent times is rewarding.

I'm looking forward to at least another 20 hours or so of this game before attempting to fly my own quad and fingers crossed the game teaches as well as everyone claims it does!
