This game rocks. It only took me one run to get hooked. Synergies between monsters are super creative. I had a poison stall build going on where each turn I would give all my minions shield, which would in turn generate poison stacks on the enemy, which then would cause all my minions to gain stacks of regeneration. Extremely creative and synergistic way to tackle fights without just basic damage moves.

Fun game, but the mechanics lead to a lot of spam and the same bread and butter combos leading to the game getting stale quickly. Movement feels good but animation is so sloppy that it looks unnatural. Worth it if it was 20 or less so pick it up on sale. But 50 for this game with dlc for extra characters that are actually polished isn't worth it. Especially when they announced a second one worth 50+25 in dlc. Game was rushed out and now they're releasing a second when they didn't have a good enough reputation from the first.
