The AI has continually gotten worse and worse as time goes on in Ready or Not. The majority of enemies instantly know where you are once you aim at them, fire faster than humans can physically react, and have the accuracy of a special forces operator. The majority of suspects in game are stylized to be minor level criminals or even just security guards, yet nearly everyone you encounter is willing to die in a violent extended police shootout. Friendly AI, when not broken stuck in a door dying, is somehow even faster to react, seemingly to counteract how ridiculously fast enemies can put bullets into you. Civilians rarely function correctly, and frequently attempt to flee you into active gunfire from someone else before bugging out and ruining any chances of a high scoring run.

Entire gamemodes and maps have been removed from the game. There is only 1 mode, with no uniqueness to any of the groups of enemies, beyond what the vague silhouette that runs around a corner full autoing a rifle with 100% accuracy looks like. The worldbuilding attempts to create a core criminal mystery to unravel, but ends up as a crackpot conspiracy designed exclusively to tie every single mission together. There is no variation to the gameplay from map to map either, you either throw a flashbang or cs gas into every single room, or you gamble with how quickly the AI will shoot at your head. 99% of the available weapons and gadgets are practically unusable since enemies need to be stopped within milliseconds of aggroing onto you, demanding a specific loadout that almost never changes out of necessity. The game is impossible to run on older or budget computers, and gets worse with nearly every patch.

The bones of a really great game were present in Ready or Not at some point, but there's been nothing but a continuous decline in quality and enjoyment for the majority of the game's lifecycle. Now, despite being labeled a 1.0 release, the game feels more like an unfinished early access than ever.

CS:GO Review
I can't tell what's more unfair.
The fact that the CT firebomb costs $200 more than the T firebomb.
Or that the T's have to pay $400 for a lighter and some petrol.
