I have a background of playing many Rhytm games both arcade and PC ranging from; Osu/Mania, Stepmania, Sound Vortex, IIDX, CHUNITHM, etc, and I must say that for an early access, this game is really amazing. The visual are stunning, controls are very fluid for the keyboard which is very important. I haven't tried the controls on a controller or a MIDi device but I do intend to try it out on a MIDI device. With the tracklist provided so far, I am very satisfied and all songs are BOPS with one or two exceptions.
With that said, I do have one concern. The way you are scored could definitely be tweaked. I think currently it is a combo based scoring but I think it could be a lot more competitive with an accuracy type scoring or at least have that as a factor to your score, examples could be like IIDX or Osu.
This game overall is really amazing and fun. When custom songs get fully implemented and other features get added, this game will be a one for the books among rhythm games.
