Fantastic game. There probably isn't a more involved strategical game around.

In a world without many appealing modern loot based hack and slash rpgs, wolcen is okay. It's not great, it's not quite terrible, but there isn't anything to really keep you there. Haven't found anything in the game that has made me think, wow this [item, skill, talent, mechanic] completely changes how i think or play this game.

Combat is okay, but is clunky and slow, D3 and poe figured out a long time ago that speed is fun. It's cool having a lot of slots for gear, but ultimately they don't add anything except bigger numbers. i'll probably keep playing it for a while longer, but i am not going to recommend it to anyone else.

Game was way to easy. First life one shotted by a spike trap. Second life beat the game in 4 1/2 hours. Really needs some more depth, and difficulty.

This is a better walking simulator than Lord of the Rings Online.
