Regarding Classic Offensive, the Steam Subscriber Agreement does not allow modders to distribute game assets or game engine code.
We're concerned you're about to ship something which violates that and will infringe on our IP. Please tell us what you're planning on shipping tomorrow.
We understand you've put in a lot of work on Classic Offensive, but because support for CS:GO has ended your options are limited.
You cannot ship our assets or derivative works of our assets without a license from us, this includes code, art, sound, and level design.
We do not offer that license, which means your best option is to re-target your mod as a mod against Counter-Strike 2 while CS2 is being supported. This could even ship on the CS2 Workshop.
If you'd rather ship something without relying on Counter-Strike 2, and are willing to explore something outside of the CS space, you can use the Source SDK to create your own game as a Source mod, using original assets (not CS assets or derivative works).

Your current approach does not meet our requirements.

To be clear, Classic Offensive (maps, models, sounds, etc.) is derivative of Valve IP, and you cannot distribute it without a license.
Additionally, the CS:GO legacy branch is not supported and may be removed at any time.

Modding VALVe is against the Steam Subscriber Agreement now. Same company that bought and published mods as their own ips.
