Essentially VR Tarkov, but it's easier to make money. Aside from the occasional crash when loading into a raid this is surprisingly bug-free.

Very fun in general and the VR hideout makes the time between raids less boring than in real Tarkov, although the novelty of that does wear off after a while and then it suffers from the same issue as all extraction shooters: Long downtimes between raids.

The Infantry Combat Overhaul is the best thing that ever happened to Squad.
Slowed the game down, put more emphasis on suppression, tactical movement and teamwork and all but eliminated lone wolf run & gun type gameplay.

Finally worth playing again and a GREAT time to get into the game as a new player.

Probably the best battle-royale style game to come out in the last few years.
The PvE elements add a lot to replayability, the bosses are fun to fight and the other NPCs add an element of randomness to every round.
Hunter permadeath makes every game intense, however you are only limited by your own greed, since you can extract from the fight at any point if you wish to save your character.

The guns feel great, the gunfights are tactical and the game is loaded with atmosphere in general.
The sound design is superb.

The small teams are great, it encourages people to trust their partner and I have personally met a lot of very nice people who are along for the fun.

The game also looks great, however it requires a strong CPU to run smoothly.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this game to anyone looking for a fresh take on the battle-royale idea or anyone who enjoys atmospheric games with a lot of attention to detail.

Probably the best war FPS out there right now and certainly my favourite.
Strikes an excellent balance between the more "organised" and team-level strategy of games such as Squad and the casual approach to a large-scale war FPS of games like Battlefield.
A lot of fun asymmetrical team balancing, helicopters, the snappy and "realistic" gunplay and the Vietnam setting have made this my most-played shooter of the last few years, by far.

I recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good first person shooter with emphasis on teamwork and who doesn't mind a somewhat steep learning curve.

Fantastic game, everything I want in a zombie survival game.
The devs GET the zombie apocalypse, and development has been steady.
