Bluescreened my pc after an hour and a half - also a port of a 14 year old game isn't worth near $50. Save your money

The game is solid fun, combat is interesting, the world is intriguing, and there seems to be quite a bit to do. The intro to the game is amazing, the animations obviously had a lot of work put into them, a lot of fun things are seen, and sets the expectations and mood of the game. As soon as you get into the sorting ceremony, the headmaster says there is no quidditch for (dumb reason). This is the real expectations you should be setting. With your first proper quest you can see the developers had to cut a lot of corners. There are things going on all around you, but you can hardly talk to any of the characters. If you were expecting the level of interaction that rdr2 provides you will be sorely disappointed. In the first charms class you go to, the professor tells all the students to do a task, and the animation starts putting all the students in place, then you do the thing once, nobody else does anything, then it moves on to the next section. Wand particle animations only seem to happen when you do them, watching another student cast accio, they just pull their wand back, no particles to be seen. The camera is super clunky, it is pretty much impossible to look up, and it will clip through things willy nilly, as will the characters when they need to complete an animation, going straight through your body. The pop in is terrible, and the game will go down to 15fps whenever it loads in a new zone, even on an ssd. The VA is good, but some of the voice actors sound like they were recorded in a plastic box. The most annoying thing I've encountered so far though is when you start moving, it is defaulted to jogging. Every time you start moving you have to press c to walk instead of sprint full speed into the nearest student like a madman. Now I know I've said a lot of bad things but I have been enjoying the game, and look forward to finishing it. If you're looking at the game and thinks it looks fun you will enjoy it, otherwise, it is not a must play game. 6.9/10

WARGH

Game frequently crashes in DMZ. This wouldn't be as big an issue if it kept the loadout you had or if it allowed you to rejoin the game, but it doesn't. The current MW2 map selection is small, and none of the maps are particularly good or fun to play on. Campaign is mid. Save your money, save your time, at least until they update it to fix the crashes and add more maps.

crashing noises

The game is good, my roommate enjoys playing it. I get extremely motion sick after 15 or so minutes of playing. I don't have this problem with half life alyx or some other vr titles, so just something to be wary of.
