Random players still get put into private matches, so eventually we just said ♥♥♥♥ it we'll play anyway with a random. Than the servers stopped responding... Great Game

Like the title says i rarely play story games unless they have another fun element to them like RD2 or Dishonored. (games like Telltale's The Walking Dead, or The Stanley Parable I struggle to finish)
But this was actually really enjoyable. The art style is very beautiful, the music is very calm and relaxing at times. And you get a good sense of adventure. The characters are written very well and you truly feel like your choices have meaning.

But I wouldn't call it "procedurally generated." The only thing really being generated is in what order you see the locations, if you see them at all. There are a lot of locations you wont see, so I'm actually on my second play through just to see more of them. But than I started getting a lot of the same stuff too. exactly the same. or stuff that didn't make sense in the order the game was choosing.

Plus the story only has basically just two endings. so the choices you make gets squeezed into whatever ending you were closer to, so once you reach the end, there's only a few cut scenes that will change to adjust to your choices. That doesn't really effect how good the story is, Just makes it less replayable unless you're just interested in all the locations and scenarios. (which I was)

Their current marketing practices are predatory towards their early supporters of the first season.
