Russian DDOS program. Wasn't what I was paying for, but Jesus, haven't laughed so hard in years.

(In our apartment block theres a rule we need to be quiet after 11 pm so people can sleep.)
Me and some mates was gonna play some UNO while drinking, I bought it, and we tried to play it for literal hours. Opened and closed the game. We live in an apartment block with 10 people in total. We got our own individual rooms but we share the same internet. It's great internet btw. 500mbs download 500mbs upload. And it's only us that has in ethernet cables connected and we've had no problem with the internet while multiple were using it at the same time. This was the first time we had problems with it.
They told me to download teamspeak, make an uplay account and add them. Meanwhile I was doing all of this, setting it all up, the internet kept dying. Non of us understood anything. It was already past 2 AM and we were running in the hallway (were the router itself is) and screaming "who tf is killing the internet by downloading p**n. All of us study ICT at the same school so the person that owns the block has given us the responsibility for the internet. We started messing with the wires, we started messing with buttons, we took out and in cables with no avail. Nothing we did seem to work. I told them 1 person just couldn't ♥♥♥♥ up the entire internet himself. We all agreed and thought maybe the servers were down and cause it's so late nobody was fixing it. We still kept trying. The internet speed was completely fine, but sometimes we all started sounding like robots on teamspeak and internet kept dying. My girlfriend tried watching series on her phone too, but she kept loosing connection too. I've lived there for almost 2 months by now, and that's the first time this ever has happened.
We were mad cause not only did I buy UNO, I bought golf with friends, and other things we could have fun with while drinking. We kept screaming and yelling and it kept annoying us until I started to see a pattern. We never managed to make a lobby on UNO. Cause the internet kept dying. We could't even check the internet speed at some points. We managed to check sometimes and when the internet was acting up, it was down to 0.28mbs download and the same in upload. They rushed to my apartment room, looking at my screen. They looked at the speedtest and they were rolling around on the floor dying on laughing. We wern't the only one. Nobody in the block had internet. Then I was like: "Hey guys listen, what if it's UNO." They started chuckling a little cause it sounded stupid, but I also suggested to try play a different game. We opened Golf with your friends, and managed to play just fine. We played for 20 minutes until they almost forgot about the thing. We kept drinking and having fun. Then they wanted to play some CS:GO and I started yelling: "IT WAS UNO" and we all started laughing. We had to test the theory. We launched UNO and we started ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the internet again. I ran to my mates room and was actuay dying laughing. we were all on the floor almost pissing ourselfs. We were not being quiet i'm telling you that much. The time was 4 AM by this point, and we laughed for 2 more hours straight while playing cs go, monopoly, went out to take a cigarette. We were just laughing making inside jokes about it and my god do I wish I could experience this again.
