Higly recommanded.Always think of SKyrim as a base game.I,myself,have 90 mods varying from small armor mods to immersion mods to giant expansions of the game.While some may see this as a bother,it is worth the time.It also gets fun in time.(modding that is)

Pros:-Amazing lore
-Real nice looking extremely big world
-Over hundreds of hours of gameplay
-Fully high-quality voiced dialogs
-Moments of pure epicness
-Almighty Lord Sheogorath is here too.WIth his older friend.No more spoilers.
Cons-Story is weaker compared to previous Oblivion game
-Main quest end sucks(THere is a mod to fix that)
-Unskipable intro(THere is a mod to fix that)
-A lot of bugs(There is also a mod for that,really there is a mod for almost everything).No there is no mod to help
you with your homework
-Killmove cam may sometime act weird.Stop showing me that guys empty insides,stop makin me slice air cam
-This is only a personal preference.Nords are really really like old-hating dudes.They hate magic,they
hate imperials,they hate elves(sorry thalmor boys),they hate khajits,they hate argonians and they EVEN hate you.
Even if you slay a dragon in front of them,they still won't believe u the dragonborn.Makes me feel like all of 'em are
old moth priests.
