This remake is honestly everything ive ever wanted it to be, plays exactly like the original with a huge new fresh coat of paint that makes the game look so much nicer on the eyes.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing game, only made better if you have played Yakuza 0.

Blows the original game out of the water by miles, new cutscenes showing the downfall of Nishiki, much more fluid combat system thanks to the dragon engine (identical to Y0 combat) and a game that all around looks a lot better than it did on the PS2.

In my opinion everyone, EVERYONE, owes it to themselves to play this game. As well as Y0 and Kiwami 2. And hopefully in the future, the rest of the series that has still yet to come to PC.

Nothing more can be said than simply, buy this game!

But in reality im going to do my best here on my first review:
I started following this project roughly when it was announced but slowly forgot about it until one day at a Smash tournament someone brought a RoA setup as they were a beta tester.

And ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I fell in love within 3 matches of the game, everything was so smooth the music was godlike all the characters are unique in their own way. Its simply just, perfect.

Now going into this you will have to remember that it IS early access meaning some things are not there yet like story mode. So the game is kind of lacking in single player content aside from online 1v1s.
