I play a lot of games. Like....a ton.

William died on 3rd December 2017 after a long and painful illness. He somehow managed to make everyone feel welcome and to make friends even while dealing with endless pain, nausea and other complications. Even close to the end he enjoyed talking with his friends on Steam and he would worry about their problems despite dealing with his own.

Thank you to everyone in this community who was his friend; he valued you greatly and talking to you gave him comfort in some very hard times.

Still thinking of you, Old friend. We feel like a dying breed at this point, thanks for all the laughs. And sorry you couldn't see me dance for you before I worked up the courage. I really wish I could have shared that with you.

Hey Seras,
So I finally got around to playing (and finishing!) VTM:Bloodlines. I wish I had played it when I could still tell you how much fun I had with it, but this will be the next best thing I can do. I could see how much it bled into Erie, so the nostalgia trip was fun. I rolled Malkavian, not intentionally, either. I just answered the questions at the beginning, and I guess it shouldn't be a surprise that's what I got. I wish I'd gotten the werewolf ending, but I got the Unbound one instead.
I know it's too late now, but still- Thank you.
-Aly

p.s.- I'm thinking of playing Deadly Premonition, and of course, thought of you telling me about it. <3

I had heard of this a while back, but didn't know a fitting way to send him off . . . and now I've found it: " And Crispin Crispian shall ne'er go by from this day until the ending of the world but we in it shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers, For he today who sheds his blood with me shall be my brother, Be he ne'er so vile, this day shall gentle his condition, and gentlemen in England now abed shall think themselves acursed they were not here, and hold their manhoods cheap whilst any speaks, that fought with us upon St. Crispin's day!"

Upon the fields of battle in worlds both close, but far . . . we fight at each others sides . . . we brothers . . . we band of brothers. Rest in peace . . . for even if you have fallen, your memory yet lives on.

When we used to rp I thought you were one of those people who never got the appreciation they deserved for all the work you did to make things better for everyone. Seeing your group of friends here makes me glad that others had the chance to know you for the awesome person you were.

You were a good pal. I wish I knew you better. It always felt good to see your name online.

I'll always remember the small moments. The talks and the life changes, you listened, and I returned that favor. May you forever keep on gaming and being you on the other side. You were truly something else despite it all.
