Difference between femboys and twinks:

Femboys are mostly gay/bi, while most twinks are straight/bi. The only physical difference between a twink and a femboy is attire. Twinks are simply femboys without the feminine clothing, but with the right body structure to be a femboy if they wanted to. Twinks are usually thin with fluffy hair, while most femboys have a pixie cut or long hair. To sum it up, twinks are pathetic and thin men usually admired by women. Femboys are thin men that look like women and are admired by men and women.
