Probably my 2020 Game of the Year. It's also the 1st Rogue-lite game that I actually liked. Hades has smooth and intuitive controls, and addictive gameplay that will keep you coming back over and over again. For me, an a great 20-40 minute time killer but with the benefit of being singleplayer so allowing you to pause the game.

Pros: the same basic gameplay I loved from Insurgency but set in WWII. Simple in essence but with a lot of depths. Cons: Still no destructible environments and running an older game engine.
