I’ve committed 102 war crimes since the Yemeni Civil War to the Lord's Resistance Army in Uganda all the way up to the US intervention in Libya I have ordered 15 platoons of 9 squadrons of an average of 55 to 77 military personnel under my totalitarian reign; to set 1000 landmines in close and lethal proximity to civilian population and housing units and hospitals in Libya and Uganda as a result of this I will be moving to Geneva, Switzerland. To be put in a international holding cell for war criminals on the time being: until I get my court date
