Changed my phone number, now I cant find ranked matched because DOTA cant detect my number. Asked the customer supports and after 3 days of template replies they finally admitted that they have no solution:

"Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. I am sorry, but I do not have a fix for you at this time." - very useful customer support

I searched the community hub and the same problem have been happening since 2018 at least, they have no solution for 4+ years, and its not some minor bug, I literally cant play the game.
