I bought this game hoping to find a casual shooter experience I could enjoy and up until recently my experience was good. I liked the fact that the camo grind got a lot more streamlined so I put it upon myself to try to complete it and began working my way through all the different weapon categories and it was fun even though I started with the more challenging weapon classes.

Then I finally got around to SMG's and finally managed to get >1.0 K/D and it seemed to have ruffled some feathers of my opponents who may have mass reported me and now I am shadow banned. Only allowed to play in lobbies with terrible ping and filled with blatant cheaters.

It was bizarre that my account with a sum 1.0 lifetime K/D would be put under review and with absolutely no way to talk to support to assist and expedite their investigation, I'm stuck here waiting to get unbanned while not being able to enjoy any of the lobbies I'm put into.

If you are a decent player and can regularly manage a >1.0 KD then this game will not be kind to you. It's unbelievable that Activision can't build a working anticheat and report system which doesn't catch so many false positives...
