It's exactly what we wanted as a sequel to the first game!

Buy this game. It is just as fun as it looks in the trailers.

This game is so much fun to pick up and play with a group of friends for a few matches at a time, you can be so diverse with "builds" and I like the restriction on the number of defensive spells you can take, but I would like to see options for being able to tweak the number of spells from each section in custom servers so that there is just a little more flexibility.

It isn't the perfect game, but it's damn close. If there was more content in dlc then it would be perpetually closer. If multiplayer was easier to set up it would be perpetually closer. But once you've got everything set up, the game really begins. This game may become a staple in your co-op titles, it sure has for me.

Negatives at the bottom.

Very fun game. The interactions with the narrator make it seem almost personal. The narrator's frustration when you don't listen and the relief when you do feels genuine. Combat is quick and easy to pick up. Gameplay is not extremely long, but the levels are open to exploration and everything looks amazing. One of the few games where you are rewarded for annoying someone repeatedly.

My only issue was continuity with controller menu navigation. Sometimes the game wouldn't respond to controller inputs in menus, instead waiting until the corresponding keyboard key was pressed. While I learnt to see where I would need to use a keyboard as it was consistent, it still frustrated me as the majority of the menus responded to controller. Not a game-breaking bug, but I'm lazy and I don't like moving from my comfortable position to press a single key then go back.
