The fact this game never got that popular is astounding to me, its genuinely one of the most fun and unique concepts for a fps (if you can call it that) thats out there.

This is honestly right up there with season 2, all the characters are just as great (better if anything) and it makes me curious about all the criticism it gets

Not me crying at the fact I spent $0.99 on this game 2 years ago and now its free

What a beautiful and memorable experience...

I will never understand the ♥♥♥♥ this game gets in the series, its like the assassins creed fanbase hating on AC: Origins, which is my favorite in that series, and RE5 Is my favorite RE game hands...down. Change isn't by default a bad thing, and survival horror wasn't raking in as substantial of sales anymore for Capcom either, so the shift in direction makes sense. Personally, I think the action packed, non-fixed camera, and insanely cool, but convuluted plotlines and bosses are part of Resident Evil's Identity now, love it or hate it.

RE5 Im working on 100% for, and the achievements are pretty fun to obtain if you're largely in it for that. Secondly, the ai isnt half as bad as people like to pretend, sure SOMETIMES it can be aggrivating or questionable, but it barely, if ever, will interfere with the total experience such that you would want to quit or have to start over. The gameplay, and gunplay are fantastic, and simple, and the bosses, as well as the characters in general, are all (in my opinion) some of the most fun, unique, and memorable in the entire franchise. Its definitely different, but its the best RE game to me, always has been, and it has fantastic coop, which gives it an extra edge against 4 and 3make, my other two favorites.

My grandpa recommended me this game, promising it wasnt what I thought it was, it has "deeper intrinsic meaning" and at first I was skeptical, but now I found the answer, boobies.

This game was the propellance I needed to fuel my entrepenurial ventures, and I have never looked back since my purchase, truly an unforgetable, and deeply impressionable experience that taught me all I need to know about cheap steam games and bobiez

Backed by incredibly active developers, this game gets updated on a frequent basis and everything is pretty interesting for what the game is worth, only caveat that the extent of your civilizations is hindered by its relatively early development stages regarding projections. Im sure in the future more tech will be available and such, but it is still worth the price as is, you will likely get a bunch of time out of it.

YES THIS GAME IS SAFE TO DOWNLOAD!

I was SO apprehensive about installing this initially, because of the "Trojan Detection" it caused. In a forum online I saw, as I was looking deeper to get to the bottom of the whole issue, I saw one of the developers say it was a "false positive" from a file called "stars.exe" in the downloads folder through steam. Understandably, I, as with many others were EXTREMELY skeptical about downloading something with a severe threat detection lol, but in reality, it's abberantly, completely safe to download.

None of the reviews were AT ALL recent, leading me to believe some admittedly, far-fetched things about the accounts and so forth, but I ended up taking the risk regardless.

Yes, for me in Windows Defender it detected a severe threat labeled as a trojan from the aforementioned "stars.exe" file which caused this mess in the beginning, and i'm almost positive it has drastically affected sales, which makes me slightly confused as to whether or not the developers even know about this game anymore.

Nonetheless, the art is SPECTACULAR, so as with the music, and those precious steam backgrounds UGH SO GOOD!

Buy it, install it, and yes I am a real person whose computer has not exploded, also yes, I am just as surprised as you lol

THIS GAME IS ACTUALLY BEAUTIFUL!

In my first hour, I took over 30 screenshots just to capture the characters and backgrounds because of how simply stunning the visuals were, and this was a recurring issue actually. I have probably amassed over 100 screenshots in just 9 hours of play, and I have barely scratched the surface of all the endings.

This game is just brilliant, really. It's the perfect blend of romance, and that tense feeling between characters where you know it wont work out, or doesn't make sense, but their hearts cannot fathom the loss of one another, and ominousness, which is complimenting by the amazing element of mystery, accompanied by splendid pacing, which kept me extremely interested until the last second.

For the price you pay, this is essentially unfair to the developers. This game has, albeit questionable writing initially, incredibly well though-out circumstances and writing in the latter half of the game, assisting any players intrigue, wherein some may have died out after the first portion.

Admittedly, the first few sections are a slight drag, however as the game goes on, it gets better, and better, until is reaches a beautiful climax. My favorite character is probably Hisashi, but Solano Ren, and Misa also kept the game adequately interesting, and were motivating factors to keep playing.

Even if you're not into this genre from past experiences, and you don't think you would enjoy a more slow paced, but well versed adventure, I suggest you still give it a try, under ANY circumstances.

This is my favorite game i've played in months, and among the best i've played on steam IN TOTAL! Just buy it, what are you waiting for? At least give it a try :)

I actually didn't expect this game to be good at all, but everything in the game is tangible, and there are tonsssssss of secrets, and easy achievements :D
