This game is pretty much everything I wanted and more. Kinda crap that the music packs weren't included in the Ultimate Edition, but that's pretty typical Bandai behavior. Getting used to the combat can take some time, and it's definitely worthwhile spending a good amount of time in the training modes to figure out what control scheme works for you. Some battles in the story feel like the AI is a bit over-tuned, but I'm also not very good at fighting games to begin with, so there's that.

Hope they add more episodes in the future, but in the meantime, it's pretty fantastic.

Somehow has exceeded my expectations so far, after about a dozen hours in it, Feels like I'm playing a whole second game, not a DLC.

Some frame rate issues as people mentioned, but not worth making my review negative. The game's always had frame rate issues, even on a 4070, so I've just gotten used to it,

I now have crippling depression.

Does it have Bethesda jank? Sure. I've also sunk oodles of hours over the last week and will no doubt sink many more in the months to come. Add in future mod support, and it'll prolly exist in a similar space to Skyrim for me, where it gets a reinstall every year or two, as modders make more insane stuff that I want to try.

Space game is bethesda janky fun. Even if that can feel dated at times.

Worth getting on sale.
