Look I appreciate humor, I really do, but I think crossfit is no joke...seriously..don't piss me off....

I've been seriously into XFit since back in '09 before it popped off, and it has changed my life. It has given me more physical reward than I have ever achieved doing anything else. It also seems , generally, like there are just great, up-beat go-getter type people who come to my classes and it really inspires me. I recommend every one of you guys give it a try!!! Trust me, it is unlike anything you have ever tried.

It gets bad press because people think we act "elitist" but really we're just REALLY into what we do and walking-the-walk and talking-the-talk. We go hard and we do it for our bodies, our HOLY TEMPLES.

It is probably the best way to stay in shape and I know some people are into team-sports or doing their own thing but you will literally never be as strong as you can be if you train Xfit. Nothing comes close to the euphoria of finishing your 11th 800 meter run at the end of your Xfit sesh. I don't think there is a thing in this world I can't squat clean and then run 400 meters. I'd like to see you pansies with your "leg and back days" compete with this body!

PS. We Xfit types like to mingle within our crowd if you know what I'm sayin ;-) and we are all in great shape so you know what that means yall!!! (Really you might only understand the sexual reference I am making if you are into crossfit, not sure if you other weaklings even mate that much...hehe)
