Seems like a pretty decent game so far, I been having a good time so far.
My biggest complaints; it feels way more linear than previous DA games, like Varric literally makes a joke about Rook being "powerful, but linear" in about the first hour of gameplay.
Also, this should *NOT* be Deck Verified. No way in hell. I'm averaging 25-30fps on the lowest settings. Is it playable? Yes. But I'd really like at least a stable 30fps before calling a game Deck Verified.

I preordered this game because I had a feeling I was going to like it. I *really* like it, a lot. Having an undo feature is fantastic, but beyond that the gameplay is great.

It plays really well on SteamDeck too, except that it launches in a garbage resolution Everytime but once you fix that you're good to go.

Fantastic game. Both the story and combat are great, and in ways that I did not expect before playing.
I played the game on my Steam Deck and despite Steam saying it's unsupported I had a very enjoyable experience. A few occasional crashes, but that seemed to occur when loading into a new area or after finishing a battle, but every time it happened the game had auto saved right before so I never actually lost any progress.
I'll definitely be returning to this game in the future to grind it some of the other endings and other alternate late game choices.

Let us refund.
Two months ago this game was $35 with a team actively working on it. Now that team is gone and this will no longer be developed.
Despite only playing 20 minutes of the game my refund was denied due to it being a month after purchase. If I'd known development was going to shut down I would have requested a refund much earlier, but I was under the impression that this game would be developed further and receive significant updates.
Now the dev team is non-existent and this game is now $10 because they "have to keep it up for sale due to the investors."
To say that I'm disappointed and feel lied to would be a massive understatement.

It's.. a game.
I wish I hadn't paid full price for this, but I did. I recommend either picking it up on sale or getting GamePass for a month or two.

One of the greatest games I've ever played. I don't think I've ever played a game where I couldn't wait to finish it just so I could play it again with a new character.
All the fun of D&D without the hassle of trying to find a DM and coordinate with a group of people, perfect for an introvert like me who works night shift.
Almost 80 hours into my first playthrough and I feel like I'm finally approaching the culmination of the campaign.

Now that the game has been patched to a fully playable state, it's absolutely fantastic. Except for one of the last chapters where one of the audio effects are waay too loud, but other than that it's a wonderful experience.

Joined a bunch of friends in a server, built a longhouse, turned it into a fortress, raided dungeons, took down a massive magical deer twice, crafted a ton, died multiple times. 10/10 will die in a dungeon again because my friends wouldn't let me escape the skeletons again.

Took over 12 hours of play to get my first crown 10/10 will fall again.
I appreciate that the devs are already making improvements to the game and stages, I'm excited to see where it goes.
