Decent game, just needs some more fixing. No shady microtransactions with just some cosmetics.

I only recommend this game if you have extra cash to spend on. This game is quite short if you keep following the storyline and have a good understanding of the concepts of survival and attacking. Though, the AI is amazing in this game and the enemies are nicely done however, it isn't that difficult to fight even on harder difficulty. Me and my friend finished it in just a couple of days but, what hindered us was the night as you can't really see anything even with a torch or flashlight.

Base Building:
The base building part can be fun but, there isn't much a purpose to build a very fortified or big base except, if your fond of sandbox games. Also, building bases are quite time consuming due to the large amount of resource needed. On the other hand, defending can be challenging depending on your experience, enemies attack and it could be difficult but, with a good understanding of the attack patterns of the AI, you may be able to survive even the strongest attack with just a scratch.

Crafting & Inventory System
The crafting system is fine and is complimented by a limited inventory system wherein, you can only carry a limited amount of each material. The crafting system is just clicking with no waiting time and placing if its a building. However, the inventory isn't very intuitive for me. The game utitilizes a 3D inventory where you click the thing you want but, there are times I find it very annoying.

Enemies:
There are various enemies but, I found the special enemies to be only a few and can be easily killable with the right amount of experience and understanding of the game mechanics.

Wildlife & Food:
The forest doesn't feature much farming aside from berry farming and other herbs and the food you will usually eat are meat from animals that are difficult to kill at first but, are easily farmable during midgame and, I never food to be a problem during the mid to lategame as when you venture into caves, there are always snackbars available. The snow part of the map is very easy to survive in; me and my friend survived the snow without any warm clothing and with only snow shoes and campfires. The caves are the most important part of the game as you can find most of the things you need to survive and progress the storyline. They are what you expect, tight, very dark, deep and long. There are enemies in caves but can be dealt with easily if you don't go in carelessly as what kills me the most are the pitfalls and not the enemies.

Tools & Weapons:
Most can be found through exploration and some are craftable and almost all of them are upgradable. You can find most of them in caves and some are essential to progress the storyline. Sad to say, despite of various tools and weapons I find it quite bland.

The Enemies:
You are fighting against cannibals and mutants, end of story. The animals like sharks aren't a threat. They have a unique attack pattern as they do not attack you directly when you fight them. They strategize and make you feel like as if you're playing a game of tag. The final boss battle may be the most difficult part of the game for me but thats it. The special mutants have high hp but can be manageable with some kiting and arrows. If you find those difficult then just get a turtle shell and use it as a shield. That is the easiest way to survive any attack. Overall, there is a lacking of enemy types for me and attack patterns. I also find killing cannibals as chore and there aren't any benefits to killing mutants aside from accomplishment as the armor you get from them can easily break with a few attacks.

Story:
Its decent I guess. I won't say too much about it to avoid spoiling people but, its not really that big of a plot twist. You can easily expect what happened. Most of the lore can be read through notes and stuff left by the survivors. There are also some plot holes which I still don't understand.

Summary or TL;DR
If you're playing this expecting a lot of things to do or a lot of survival then this game isn't for you. But, if you're playing this to pass time, then it may be fine for you. Most of the times I find me and my friends to be standing by the campfire telling stories while waiting for the beds to be available. Or, exploring endless caves with nothing significant except for a few tools and it can be very exhausting trying to explore the cave as they are really really long. Again, buy it for the a cheap horror survival game and not for the story.

This game taught me that vodka is the solution to all of my problems. Got radiation? No problem, vodka is a cheap method of removing radiation. Need a mechanic to upgrade your gun? No problem give him vodka. Are you waiting for the emission to die down? No problem, just drink vodka.

A perfect example of a jewel among the garbages of free to play games. The game is 100% free, no microtransactions or paywall. All of the content is free and that includes updates. My greatest tip in this game when playing objective mode is to keep running and kill only if its necessarry (All zombies respawn shortly somewhere in the map after you kill one). Better save those bullets for those moments.

If you're like me, a person who has a hard time drawing and with little to no creativity then, this software is for you. It might seem hard at first but you can go check on youtube for some easy tutorials and with some patience and determination you just might create one of the most beautiful thing that you never knew you could create. If you're new to 3D modelling then I suggest you start something small, like creating a soccer ball or even a teddy bear because in the end, the satisfaction you get is incomparable.

Ever wondered how it felt being one of the fighters in the war against terror? Then this game is for you! There aren't any health bar, armor bar, it doesnt even tell you how much ammo your gun has even before you jump in the game. All it tells you is how heavy you are and how much magazines you got. Other than that you get nothing.
