I downloaded this before the beta launch however i was able to play it without the beta.

How to play without the game being in beta:

1: go to your library and right click on Art of War: Red Tides
2: click Properties
3: Go and verify the local game cache
4: afterwords go to Browse Local Files
5: click the folder called game
6: click u1game.exe and there you go!
(please don't ban me developers, i just wanted to play your game not hack into it)

Man oh man this game is awesome! think League of Legends with an RTS twist! No heroes here, there are 3 factions all with unique units and many abilities. Worried about hour long games? Worry not! There is a system that activates the "final battle" after a certain time if the HQ is not destroyed where the last units fight it out and the last man standing wins!

Pros:
"New" RTS style simulation mixxed with unit strategizing.
Casual for the RTS players who don't want to build bases or arrange units on a board, just plop them down and watch the fireworks!
Many types of units. There are many types of units for each faction. Each unit is well explained and has a good design, so far none of the units feel duplicated or the same.
Currency, there is no "pay to win" aspect, the developers give you free currency for winning a battle a day. With the currency they gave me I was able to unlock 4-5 different units as well as their upgrades. You also win free units by leveling up from battles. You can level up from both AI and player battles.
Graphics, the graphics in this game are very, very very good. The unit detail is amazing there is no clipping or glitching.
AI: Don't feel like playing against other players yet? worry not! The AI in this game can be very challenging! I took a team with 2 other people against 3 AIs and the AI beat us back at the end to where we had to hold the line at our base!

Cons:
Servers/Location
currently there are only servers in Asia, this could represent some connection problems for people. My game would stutter occasionally but I only lost connection once and there was no continuous lag or horrible game-crashing spikes. However the community there is nice, from what I have experienced nobody uses chat and they do not try to undermine or mess with you, they actually try to work with you. In my game I handled the artillery and minor unit control while they handled front line offense.

Grammar/language
this is barely anything to be upset about but it is the only other thing I could find wrong with the game. Some thing are not typed correctly and certain translations are not finished yet.

now you may be thinking "ohhh boy another ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mobile game on steam! Bet it's full of pay 2 win crap" but personally this is a truly fun game! You don't need to buy anything in the store, as most of it you can find out in the wastelands. Tired of having games make you pay to unlock good weapons? "pay 30 to unlock this minigun!" This game is not one of those! Later on you can send out dwellers and scavenge for supplies out in the wastelands! When you have a god-tier vault and can send out dwellers with good equipment and 20 of each (Radaways and Stimpaks) you can find legendary recipies out in the wastelands that can be used to craft some of the best items in the game. The only thing you truly need to pay for (unless I just haven't found it yet) is the Mr. Handy. Caps, Weapon recipies, Legendary dwellers, Legendary weapon recipies, Pets, they can all be found without paying! Not only that but unlike other games with "tier crates/boxes" there are none of those in this game. One type of "box" and it dosen't matter! You can get something legendary from your first ever box in the game! (if your lucky!)

So get out there and lead your vault to the great beyond Overseer! Your dwellers need you!

This game is by far one of the scariest actual "Survival" games that I have ever played. Not because of some "supernatural monster that lurks in the dark" but because of the many cannibal tribes that stalk the forest craving your flesh. The AI is so well developed! the cannibals stalk you, hunt you, attack you, they even communicate to each other. You can hear them howling to one another in the forest. Aside from the AI the map is also pretty big as well! there are plenty of places to explore including a cave system! The island also includes landmarks such as a wrecked yacht survivor camps (no survivor NPCs) cannibal villages and a huge. HUGE sinkhole in the ground! There are also many things you can craft to help you survive as well. You can get tons of crafting supplies and hunt animals too! The developers even took the extra mile to add in custom structures! Bored with just simple huts and campfires? Fear not! You can make a entire city off of the ground in the trees on platforms! There is literally no space limit to how big a base you can have! all you need is solid ground to build on and expand from there! You can also farm and tramp small animals. The developers also added House Rafts and docks as well as small rafts so you can literally live on the sea if you want to! Sound boring because of there only being cannibals that act like zombies? I won't spoil this here but I will say....


There is something much scarier then cannibals lurking underground....

Despite the bot crisis and the market crash, Team Fortress 2 is still going strong. It's one of the best FPS's I've ever played, and no other game can really take the special place this game has in my heart.
