Had a brief little jam with this and I'm honestly really liking it so far. I feel this would be great as a teaching tool for anyone wanting to learn and experiment with learning the basics of modular synthesis. I did sound engineering at uni and was really gutted that it was very few people that enjoyed this sort of stuff because they found it overwhelming and avoided it altogether.

I feel it really speaks volumes of how good this is that a beginner could get the hang of it quickly, yet someone like me still enjoys using this a lot and would definitely use it for some retro sound effects.

The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was that stacking things up and down is a tad bit awkward. If you have lots of stuff and are trying to keep things tidy, it can be a bit of a pain since everything will get awkwardly rearranged. Otherwise it's pretty neat, plus it still beats untangling real life cables lol

This game is adorable! It's a pretty simple game with the RPG side being more of a theme, so it's pretty casual and the thing that you'd go check in every now and then, rather than have one long gaming session. I really enjoy the blend of themes, it's such a well executed idea. The devs also really nailed the GBC theme and even have several different colour pallets to choose from. I absolutely love the Blajah one

I'm playing this on Steam Deck and the game plays completely fine, though you need to adjust one or 2 controls to access your inventory and such

The only issue I've ran across is that my achievements aren't unlocking at all for this game for some reason. This is the only time I've had this problem, but I wonder if it's because the game shows as untested on Steam Deck.

This was my most played non-Pokemon game aside from MH4U on the 3DS and I played that thing RELIGIOUSLY since it came out. I'm still only halfway through the story, but so far this remaster has been amazing

This game runs flawlessly on Steam Deck (Thus I can't comment on PC controls. Even if I used my PC, I'd still use a controller for MH anyway), haven't encountered any issues so far.

Textures are great and loyal to the original game, and the added voice acting is pretty neat. Full price is very much worth it (Plus very reasonable), game as all the updates of the original, tons of content and no paid DLC content.

If you come from Stories 2, the story is a lot more lighthearted, but nonetheless enjoyable. The game has a good difficulty curve still. There's also no layered armor.

My only personal criticisms are very small. Skipping texts and the x3 speed battle setting could be faster and flow better and the new eye settings should be able to change colour on the eyebrows. Feels a bit silly having Cheval eyes (red eyebrows) with white hair, having recreated my 3DS character with the same look I gave him on the second game (Yes, I know they're supposed to be different people) lol

I will never stop finding it funny that out of Rimworld (A game where you can commit some really questionable war crimes) and Stardew Valley (Very wholesome farming sim), it was Stardew Valley that accidentally broke the Geneva Convention once

After committing the most hideous atrocities in this game, I can still sleep soundly knowing that I'm still better than Joja Mart, 11/10

As of the time this is written, the game is celebrating its 2nd year anniversary. Any sensible person may think it is the 2nd year anniversary since the game released. Alas, they would be mistaken.

This is the 2nd year anniversary of waiting for my opponent to finally get out of Turn 1-Main 1. Some may say the 100 year war went by far quicker

God has abandoned us, for life is like a game of Yu-Gi-Oh with Max CC and 4 million combos in turn 1. Long and full of suffering

I've put this match in my will so if my opponent doesn't end their turn before I lie in my deathbed, that my future grandchildren can at least finish what I stared. Yet, I fear my grandchildren will perish long before any of my bloodline can witness "End Turn".

I have created a cursed family relic, sentencing my descendants to a lifelong punishment of special summons of indestructible, overpowered monsters.

This is definitely why God has abandoned us
