In Sound Mind is a survival horror adventure game, about a psychologist named Desmond Wales and his trials and tribulations with unraveling the mysteries of his patients disapperances and deaths. The game takes place in a metaphysical world, where Desmond has to enter the minds of his patients and figures out the deaths of them, and where Desmond had gone wrong.

Pros:
- Beautiful environments with a lot of care put into it's assets
- The soundtrack is very likable and is one of the game's selling points
- Interesting and different boss-fights
- A unique take on the survival horror genre that doesn't rely on corny zombies and spooky viruses
- Very few jumpscares

Cons:
- The world is very beautiful and large, often to it's own dismay, where huge sprawls of the maps you'll end up in, will have empty corner that simply reward you with a newspaper clipping or a note of sorts (perhaps more interesting to those who're deeply interested in the game's lore)
- Few of the objectives in the game would simply point out that I need to find "The factory" while the whole area to me looked like a factory, leaving me searching left and right for where-ever to go. Maybe I'm just daft.
- A ton of gadgets, I had a total of 8 buttons to press for different occasions, which became a little much when you have to use button 2 and 8 in the same section, since they're far apart.
- Some of the walls in the final section, are very sticky. We're talking skyrim mountain sticky, you can slam your spacebar and jump up a lot of them.
