Got it on sale for $20. Well worth the money at that price point. You can for sure tell it isn't a From Software game, and I can see where some of the main gripes come from in the other reviews. Again though, for $20 not too bad.

I LOVE KILLING BUGS

The fact that after waiting FOREVER we finally get more story and content, only for them to not let us continue our previous saves. No thank you, tbh im kinda sorry I ever paid for this.

The areas are a joke and the bosses are whatever the souls-like equivalent to a bullet sponge is.

13.5 hrs update: The design philosophy of this game is odd to me. There is almost ZERO challenge in any area but boss fights. I will regularly one shot a map all the way to the boss room. Then it is a toss up. Some bosses are a joke like the map they are attached to and you will very easily beat them in maybe one or two attempts... and some will kill you 50 times before you finally start making headway in the second phase, these are the ones that ruin this experience for me. I get wanting to make things challenging ,but certain aspects of this game seem to me to be hard for the sake of being hard. If you aren't a fan of parrying in other games, go ahead and pass this one up. If you still want it wait for a half off sale.

I have played so many hours of smite and this feels like a cash grab sequel. Absolute trash.

Wish the server issues were solved, if they were this game would be way better. Easier to play with friends.
