Id recommend this game even though I encountered 4 game crashes, and the wire-frame glitch which the devs are aware of and have a manual fix for.

Pros.
-Interesting story, and world
-Each weapon serves specific roles, and have plenty of times for use Except for Pyrokinesis
-hectic fights
-stellar sound work
-plenty of hidden secrets and pathways.

Cons.
-crashed 4 times
-plenty of loading in maps happening to soon, breaking immersion.
-hazard damage not being pronounced enough, and unforgiving.
-end point of some maps not being clear where you're actually needing to go, and often stumble into next area before done with exploring. ( more of a personal gripe)
-Pyrokinesis being completely forgettable and a total Gimmick.
- antigrav being janky
-Big red ERRORS where I guess ships should be.

7/10 overall a fun campaign, plenty of game breaking glitches in such a short time frame, and a few immersion breaking stuff, but the combat is so much fun, the story is intriguing and the characters are fun.
I payed full price for assets for Gmod, but wish I payed a little less for it with all my issues. Worth buying and playing at a discount.

I want to start this review off with saying I'm extremely new to Vr gaming. I played 30 minutes of a game 4 years ago and was immediately hooked. I spent the next few years dreaming about getting my own Vr system. I Recently full filled that dream by buying the Valve Index. It came in the mail a few weeks ago and I have been using it non stop and loving every second. playing Boneworks, Budget Cuts 1 and now 2 I wanted to start the review off saying this so yall know what my experiences and skill level in vr are.

Budget cuts 2 is the 3rd game I've purchased for VR and it is a great purchase. I do have some criticisms though. The game is too short, and I think the first game is better as a whole experience.

The first game has one of my favorite moments in all of gaming Adam, The Head Of Human Resources. He is the Scariest Thing I've ever experienced. And I felt victorious when figuring out how to defeat him in that game. And to see him return and again be a scary mother board ♥♥♥♥♥♥. His fight in this game is the best level in the game hands down killing him was satisfying but still terrifying seeing him trying to grab at me with every rotor in his arm, before he was shut down. Carrying his head to the scanner, I was ready to turn the game off if he started to talk again. Being that close to him even though he was dead was almost to much for me.
The game is pretty easy I didn't have to many deaths that weren't just to reset my supplies because I had missed to many times and couldn't retrieve them. The final level was the hardest and I only died twice. I think the smooth locomotion addition broke the balance of the game. Not being able to move freely was why the first game felt so much longer and felt so much better to complete. Now granted you can turn it off, but I feel like the final level both phases Breaking down the firewall and The Tower Defense would be hair splitting and would kill all enjoyment I had for the game.
The worst level in my opinion and many others I've seen is the warehouse level. It is the biggest but most vacant level in both Budget Cuts. It could've been the best section of the games because it precedes my favorite level. It is too big and too open I felt lost and confused. I had to exploit the game to just proceed through the level you can use smooth locomotion to get onto the other side of the wall with the robot repair guy and open the drawer to get the level 6 access card. It wasn't until I tried bringing everything to this one spot did I figure out how to continue. This was after 3 hours or of being in this warehouse stumbling around. I eventually pieced how you were supposed to do the level properly but it was after almost completing it. After the information would've been useful. After knowing how to get the final piece to complete the level it is now the shortest level in the game IMO. If all the levels were like this and the hints were a little better fleshed out I think this game could've been the better game, as while I stumbling through the level I ran lower and lower on supplies and actually had to use the knockout mechanic a few times which I never had to do in the first game, which was very fun actually and really made me try to think strategically with what I had available. This game is worst with handing out lethal weapons though they give them to you like they're candy. probably because they thought with one of the best things added with the game, the bow, people would mess it up a lot so they gave more attempts.
One mechanic with the bow that I find cool but useless is the you can put a lot of things in the the bow like screws, clipboards, and paper. but found that it did nothing and just harmlessly dinked off the robots. If there was a game mode that used the office supplies you can find throughout the game as ammo for the bow, you had to defeat or distract enemies with the supplies to make it through the level.

This game is still really new only being a little over a month old. I really do hope to see more things added and more Budget cuts style Games come out. Over all the game is very good and I recommend people buy it. especially if they've played the first and liked it.

hands down the best mmo money cant buy. I have spend 1.5k hours in this free game, and I dont plan on stopping anytime soon. Digital Extremes sets the bar for how companies should treat the players. I wish I could nominate this for like 4 different catigories. best game, environment, love, friends. This game is has quickly become my favorite. The combat is fluid and fun. The Frames (kinda like classes) are very diverse and their mechanics are all unique and have a place in this game. Weapons are satifying and most are designed to look unique and feel different. Although I prase this game and will never say its bad all games have flaws and this game has a handful but with all the other stuff in the game the issues are microscopic in comparison. Not all weapons are useful, not all frames can be used for everything in the game, and starting out this game does not baby sit you with tutorials. which is a weird point I personally liked not having a person hold my hand, but for others I see people struggling to grasp simple concepts that players should know from the start. I'm still learning new ways to play.

PROS
-the customization is amazing ive never really had enough money to buy a lot of cards IRL so being able to build any deck using the hundreds of cards is an amazing feeling especially if you deck works

-the battle interface is a lot slicker than m14 but not by much I just recently beat m14 so I have a pretty clear idea on how it functioned.

CONS (a lot longer)
- you are limited in how many mythics, rares, and even uncommons?! This is the stupidest thing I've seen from Wizards. This is not the main reason why you should get the game it is still very functional.

`sloooooooooooooow transitions a loading screen is a loading screen use it don't make it seam like it doesn't need it but that's why people didn't mind it as much in the previous versons is because they were put there for a reason.

`Microinstructions this is what I don't like about this game the most I pre ordered the complete edition the hole sh-bang but I was still missing cards I have no idea why since I payed $35 even before I knew anything about it since I'm a huge magic fan IRL.

-not enough modes I really didn't want to bring this up but I have to in magic 2013 we had Two Headed giant, planechase, online friend play, in 2014 we lost planechase which was my favorite, M15 lost everything besides online play this is why if you want this game is for the online play not for the mediocre campaign I find this completely stupid this is why I think you shouldn't get the game.

-bonus con (just because)
I almost beat the campaign in less than a day at this point when I am writing this I have played 9.5 hours and I am on the final battle against Garruk. Now I know a final boss is suppose to be hard I get that but it doesn't make since how his first form is laughably easy and all of the sudden he throws this huge curve ball with a different deck different play style which is fine and all but ive looked this up and it has been mentioned before I never get a playable hand I don't care what anyone else says the decks that I have made don't get that bad of hands this commonly ive tried fighting him with my deck 10 times with each of my decks and his first form I got a snap keep it was a perfect hand this once I beat him and I go to his second form drew a hand full of lands or no lands at all or lands and really high costing cards and anyone who has gotten to his second form knows how ridiculous some of his cards are so you need every advantage you can get but you never get a good hand. I know it is just a game and I know that this last situation happens to everybody it just suspicious that it hasn't happened to me ever on his first form.

So my final verdict is a 4/10 its really a let down.
