Generally it doesn't matter whether you put a legal office, an apartment or something third, which makes the game really purposeless. I hoped that there would be more focus on the individual unit in the building, than focus on the building as a whole. Examples could be tenants destroying the unit, forgetting to pay, emergencies and such. Instead this game is about meeting quotas and making services available. You can't even argue with your tenants about these services or make compromise. They just require them. If you do not do what they want, they'll leave.

I'm having a blast.

Not only beautiful to play, also very entertaining -- especially if you have a decent spacecraft.
