Take-Two and 2K games have updated all their games Terms of Service, turning this game as well as all of their other games into literal spyware.

Important Info in Terms of Service:
• Mods are a bannable offense
• Display of Cheats/Exploits is bannable
• Forced arbitration clause and a waiver of class action and jury trial rights for all users residing in the United States and any other territory other than Australia, Switzerland, The United Kingdom, or The Territories of The European Economic Area
• You can be banned for using a VPN while connecting to online servers
• Cannot access game content on a Virtual PC

Collected Data Types:

sadly, this is not a good game. i played alot of these sorta games but this aint it.
the timing for the things are oddly weird, dodging doesnt work when its supposed to work, its just.. a weird gameplay

sad. the game could be so good. buit this STRUPID POLICE SYSTEM? no. not doing that. you cant lose them. why in earth do you even seperate money and REP?
love the driving. love the races. but this system make me quit it.you CANNOT lose them in the beginning, because ur car is not fast enough. no matter how good you drive.

you barely earn any money
90% of the races are locvked behind a "class" so you cant use ur car to drive it
i can do any raced anymore because of that

dont buy until its fixed, runs like ass. its hilarious. really. its not playabable.
even with a high end pc. this is a technical joke. that they even released that like this is a joke. dont give it a thumbs up bacause its stalker. rate it honestly.
this game is not playable in that state. as soon as you go in a town, ur fps will drop to 10, no matter how many u have before. and they will stay like that until u reboot the game.
then it runs. until u visit a town. then reboot again.
