Not a bad game at all but many parts of it are non-intuitive so it can be pretty frustrating until you figure it out.

The gear puzzles can have you lock pieces in place by force after turning them which makes it a lot either and in chapter 5 if you hit a part that makes no sense just spam the 3rd song. That's as spoiler free of a hint as I can give.

Don't waste your money on this. The game gets stuck at the initialize phase as soon as you launch it so it can't actually be played as of now.

The pokemon comparison is purely as a surface level cosmetic.

This is a Rune Factory format game with the dating elements gutted. Rune Factory 5 but you can choose where you build your home more or less. Cat h stuff so you dont have to manually do the farm sim parts thats all the Pals are really good for. XD

I was missing Rune Factory after beating 5 so its quite fun.

This game is beautiful like seriously, stupidly, indisputably pretty in all aspects. Be that as it may the jaw dropping artistic skill is the only reason I am tolerating the Souls Like part of this game. I'm not masochist enough to enjoy getting stuck on bosses for up to 4 hours and there is no nonsensical feeling of pride at beating bosses vs the relief of getting a nuisance out of my face so that I can get to the part of the game that actually matters like the plot and gorgeous graphics/music.

This and Code Vein are the only Souls like games I will tolerate to completion for some time to come but both are worth the suffering to see things play out first hand.

Casual, hobbiest, difficulty chasing overskilled elitist alike should all give this game a try. Don't let gate keeping stop you from a wonderful experience with this game Complain at the unfair difficulty, curse the lack of a difficulty setting to h*** and back, then pick up your stick to show the bosses what's up with a velvet glove none to gently slapping them from behind. XD

Its best if casuals an hobbists go into this with the mindset of grinding and farming. Even if you are not the best player in the world you can collect the max number of every throwable possible and eventually bring the boss down to your skill level.

I really love this game and m only 1/3 the way through but there is no way I am not seeing the ending. I want the vindication of the game telling me ergo is people at some point cause no way that stuff is not corrupt and made from human souls in some way I swear I wont accept any other ending. XD

Cute and relatively short but it's quite random almost like a fever dream. It's nothing to write home about but over all it's fine to burn an hour or two playing it.

A cute and fun game with an intuitive style of casual gameplay. You can't really go wrong with games from this developer.

Love the music box songs and it's stupid cute. I wish the game was longer though. QQ

This game is pretty boring. I honestly regret wasting money on it.

A pretty horrible game. It crashes so much you'd probably have a better time making a drinking game out of how often it happens. At least the music was nice enough.

Words are not enough to express my dislike of this game - glitches that cause part of the menu to poof for good; events that seem to undo themselves because you did something out of order... the simple fact that you can do some things out of order is annoying because there are so many you can just not do until the game deems it time. If the item I want is right in front of me, just let me grab it. There were some okay puzzles, but a lot of them were random as heck and nonintuitive or just plain made no sense at all. The story left a lot to be desired as well, and what little you get simply comes from far too much reading, so by the time you get to story text that would be interesting, you are just so tired of filler text that you don't care enough to read it. Navigating in this game was also a major pain and some areas were awkard and could not be reached unless you moved in a certain way that made no sense. The ending was a let down that had me going "huh, is that it?" The girl magically comes back off-screen after putting a cloud of smoke in the ground... yeah okay where was she, what happened to her really? We hear nothing about where she was all this time? Well.... let's just cover that all up with a "twist" that says the unnamed woman who died just so happened to be the mother of the dude helping you with the translations... not that that adds a single thing to the story, and I kinda expected it with the way he was so into the lore, etc., that he'd chat up a seemingly-"losing it" young girl.

P.S. I swear to god you are some kind of diary voyeur because you snoop so so many of them in this game, and despite most of the entries being filled with garbage or blank pages that you still have to flip through (which may be more realistic but tedious), you always go back for more the next time you see one.
