Can't remap controller controls in game. Maybe not everyone enjoys using r1 and r2 to attack, did you ever think about that, Devs?

I feel mixed on it. The beginning is extremely sluggish, before picking up pace fairly rapidly (assuming you play it like a clicker and not a complete idle game, like me), before becoming exceedingly sluggish again.

Collecting all painted and normal fish variants is easy, however the golden and rainbow? Honestly really, really boring. With an empty maxed tank you can open 25 packets at once. You are not guaranteed even a single gold within that opening. And when you do get a gold, it is not guaranteed to be unique.

This means for those final few achievements you will be having to sit there opening and discarding packets for hours upon hours with little to no variation. It would be less painful if the odds of golden fish could be increased, or simply having larger tanks, but alas, as of yet there is nothing.

5/10 It is a nice game to chill out and collect fish in. The achievements are not chill whatsoever.

Why are you looking for negative reviews? The game allows you to capture and viscerally beat knock-off team rocket. 10/10

Do not get this game if you have nobody to play with, you will not enjoy it. One extra person, it is enjoyably doable. 2 extra people, you're having a good time. 3 people, you're ballin'. Getting yourself the mod to play with even more? I wouldn't know, my friends cap out at 3 😔😢

I am looking forward to achievements, I can imagine the meme potential of what some of them will be.

One of the best non-fromsoft Souls-Like's to date. But it is short, and costs as much as Elden Ring.

Combat Scales far closer to Sekiro rather than Dark Souls, so if you've beaten that and want some more, pick this up as well, though maybe on a sale. I got it for £40 and whilst I am happy with my purchase, I picked up DS3 with all its DLC for less than half that cost.

Honestly, it's almost too good of a souls-like. As in, if you haven't played the original Fromsoft titles it's clearly inspired by, get through those first, and then come back to this if you want more of the same. Or ignore me and buy it anyway. It's a good game regardless of when you get around to it.

7/10, would be higher if it cost less.

Forces you to use the Epic Games services to play.

If I wanted stuff to do with Epic Games, I'd go to the Epic Games store.

On top of that, loot collection is (excuse the pun) complete trash. And that is what you'll spend most of your time doing.

Also, everything feels sluggish. Opening chests, opening craft menus, opening your inventory and journal, picking up loot. Nothing is instant, everything has to play this one to two second animation before you get to actually do the thing you want to do, and it adds up, quickly.

They also decided to make a whole bunch of rare animations for reloading your guns, or at least the pistol. It's cute, until you realise the animation is three times as long as the regular reload, and enemies you'd typically be shooting are now dumping your body full of lead.

Worth a buy at £15, any more than that and it's ripping you off. I want my fiver back.

Has significant potential to be one of the best potion craft games. Still early stages, but keep your eyes out for this one.
