Okay so I'm writing a review, because after taking a look at the reviews 95% of them are "QUE WORLD QUE WORLD" The games been out a little longer than a week now, and there no Ques on any of the servers now. The game is great. Sure it has it fair share of bugs and issues. But if you're looking for a new mmo, and are a fan of the genre, i genuinely think you will enjoy this game.

I played wow for over 10 years, and this games questing is essentially a clone of wows, run here kill this, run there pick this up, run here talk to this person. There's an occasional world boss quest here and there. I've heard so many people cry about how boring the questing is but its literally the same ♥♥♥♥ in every single mmo.

Instanced Content is a thing in new world, 5 man dungeons to run through with friends or randoms. This game doesn't offer 25-50 man raids like wow does, But you get to run around a dungeon thats fairly hard. FYI THERE'S NO DUMB ASS LFG QUE.

PVP is the core of this game for me, I loved running around and PvP players in any mmo, And this game actually does that so greatly, Its a high skill based pvp system, Where good players will shine. You have to aim, predict, read, and outsmart your enemy. Its not a tab targeted system where you're destined to hit every single spell or swing you cast.

Im not gonna get into depth with the graphics but they're better then any mmo i have played, Game looks amazing, Optimization is what you would expect, Cities are laggy, everything else is fine, until there's 10+ people involved.

Weapon balancing also is something that really need to have a look at *Cough Cough* Fire staff & Great-axe & Light Armor Roll.

OVERALL, New World is a fun & addictive mmo. With new and unique & old specific features from many MMOS. (Think If ESO & Guild Wars 2 Had A Baby). The fame features a unique map with a variety of different regions and areas. Quite the running simulator till mounts or some sort of carriage/train system is implemented. Fast traveling is lame and boring, Its also very restrictive. Weapon balancing is needed but balancing is needed in every game... The questing, is pretty much about as much as questing gets in any MMO. The story is a little bland, Should honestly have more cut scenes or voice lines for people who don't want to read notes and quest logs for hours. I'm sure the story is very deep, but i haven't read anything at all since i started playing, and the only cut scene i got was when i created my character, so i know nothing about it. The Systems in the game are great, everything game play wise, is on point, the weapon leveling, character leveling, professions leveling, gold farming , auction house, pvp, everything is great, the game just needs more time to breathe live and expand like other mmos, and I'm sure they will blow us out of the water with what they've got. 9/10, Good job amazon, Keep working harder!
