I love taking long walks upon Mars, because I actually find it to be quite soothing to stare, and longingly so, at our fragile, pale blue dot. It was, at one time or another, the only home that we humans ever knew. Well, until the Exoplanets came streaming into view, because now, you can just take your pick of the lot and settle wherever you please. Of course, there are finder's taxes and moving taxes, not to mention resource taxes and homesteading taxes. Hell, now we get taxed for the amounts of oxygen we breathe. There is, it seems, an ever increasingly higher and higher a price for "freedoms" these days, and yet steeper still it rises. One jump at a time, I always say, for each one may very well end up being the last one, so jump with both of your eyes open and never let them be clenched, for an adventurous spirit shall always rival even the greatest fear, but love, well real love will always be a stranger to fear, because hope shall undoubtedly outlive us all.
