I have mixed feelings about this game. It's good, yet bad at the same time.

The Good (+):
+ What Forza Motorsport offers is a wide variety of cars (though slightly less compared to its Horizon counterpart) ranging from 20th century classics to modern, top of the line sport, muscle, super, and hyper cars that you can choose to race with (my personal favorite being the Shelby GT350).

+ The handling is great on some of the cars, with upgrade paths and vehicle tuning that make them even better for tight corners or long straights. Very controller-friendly if you don't want to dump $100+ on a race wheel.

+ Vehicle integrity, fuel, and tire compound/wear, along with the dynamic weather system all change the way the cars handle on the track.

The Bad (-):
- AI can sometimes be very aggressive on corners. PvP racing can be very bad at times with players taking racing etiquette as a mere suggestion (I.E brake checking, intentional rear ending or collision on corners, PIT maneuvering). Multiplayer also enforces a framerate cap, so you won't be able to play past 60 frames.

- Race/Brake line doesn't take your cars stats into consideration, so it can be inconsistent at times (Or it's just me).

- Developers release updates on a monthly basis, meaning any bugs, glitches, or exploits would be around for a long while before they get patched.

Conclusion:
Is this game better than Gran Turismo 7? Absolutely not. Is it fun? Depends on the car you drive and the track you drive on. Worth full price? Hell no, wait for a generous discount from steam (or just play one of the 2 Horizon titles available).

EDIT: Forgot to mention the penalty system.
- There is a penalty system in Forza Motorsport. Collisions with other cars and driving off track to cut corners would often penalize you, with the punishment being a couple of extra seconds added to your total race time, which can increase the likelihood of you losing your position after the race ends. Rack up enough penalties in a race and you can get disqualified. At first this doesn't sound so bad, since it should, in theory, promote racer etiquette. In practice however, this is by far the worst implementation of said system ever. An opposing driver (AI or Player) could intentionally rear end you or even send you off track and often times YOU are the one getting punished for it.

Chris Parnell will not stop talking to me. I now only hear Chris Parnell whenever anyone speaks to me. Any text I read, I will only hear the voice of Chris Parnell. Buy Maneater if you want to hear the voice of Chris Parnell. Don't buy Maneater if you don't want to hear the voice of Chris Parnell. 10/10, would listen to Chris Parnell again.

Early Access Review
I do recommend this game, but not now. Best to wishlist and wait for the game to be in a better state.

My thoughts so far on the game:

The Good:
- The gunplay is amazing! No weapon is too strong or too weak.
- Movement is also a solid plus. Can be a bit clunky at times, but gets better with practice.
- Operators in game have stats and abilities that are unique to them, loadout options are pretty flexible.
- No Astrophysics PhD required!

The Bad:
- No region locked servers, so it's practically guaranteed that you'll encounter players above 300 ping.
- Uses ACE anti-cheat, which can be a red flag for some people.
- Operator abilities have 0 description on how they work, so you're basically forced to figure it out for yourself.
- Some maps are small, other maps are way too large. Some maps are predominantly indoors, other maps demand fighting out in the open.
- An in-game currency (obtained as a reward for leveling up) which, at the time of writing this review, has no use whatsoever.

Once again, I do recommend this game, just not for the time being. Definitely keep it on your radar.
