Fix the damn game Valve

- 128 tick server
- Smarter Matchmaking System (more social concepts)
- Reduce barrier to e-sports, start awarding top public players and leaderboards
- Fix the gun noises so I dont fall asleep while shooting it, Its not iconic anymore
