Monster Hunter World is not a perfect port.

Performancy could be a little better, servers are kind of bugging around and clipping issues are definitely noticeable.

All players needing to see a cutscene in order to play assigned Missions together also could have been implemented better.

That being said, all those are rather small issues compared to the greatness this game brings.
Its an absolute blast to play, either solo or in a group.

Its a gorgeous game, finally managing to down a big Monster you've been working on for a long period of time is extremely satisfying. There are some little minigames, which by themselves arent insane, but it still breathes even more life into the already stellar multiplayer experience.

Also the Load times are crazy fast, compared to the console variations.

Its a game id recommend everybody to play, you need to like the grind.
With MHW you are not getting a Hack & Slay Game, you are getting rewarded for learning how monster work, where they habitate, what they're vulnerable to. How they move when they are hurt, you want to lurk and find out where the monster goes.

The game has a lot of weapons, a ton of customization options, it has an insanely good sense of progression.
Every weapon plays totally different, there are so many nuances to every weapon so that you always feel like you are having a completely new experience, just by switching the weapon.

Id strongly recommend you to buy Monster Hunter: World.

Is it a perfect port? No.

Would anybody in their right mind suggest you shouldn't buy the game because of small issues? No.

Get it. You wont regret it.
