A friend of mine from another game introduced me to this one. When I first looked at this, I thought this wouldn't be my kind of game.

I'm now 250 hours in and have very rare achievements that prove my devotion to Barony, and I really want the new DLC already. Gimme. >:U

It's Raft if you could move up and down.

There's some weird illness that's killing off our entire species. A research team went down to Earth to try and find a cure. The remains of humanity lost contact with them. Your job is to go down and try to find them and help them finish their goal.

I don't think i've seen a system like the medical research in this game. If something infects you, you can pop it into the virus research bay. You then play a minigame to separate the virus from the other bacteria. You can then use the results to synthesize an antidote / antibody / vaccine. You can use these to keep yourself safe, but to also progress the game.

This was the first Monster Hunter that I played from start to finish. Before this i had tried Rise but didn't get very far.

This one is very forgiving to newer Hunters, and was exactly what I needed.

However, at the end of the game, it felt like I didn't get enough fulfillment out of this one. So I went and bought Monster Hunter world and started that one.

I would say World makes you feel like more of a Hunter than Wilds can. Wilds is by no means a bad game, but in its current state, it's meant for new Hunters.

Oh and it has crashes, and is poorly optimized too and whatever.

Early Access Review
I'm pretty certain this was going to be a lewd furry game as they first started developing it. Then they accidentally made it a good game, and chose to focus on that instead. Thank you for doing that, because it's really good. My only problem is i'm running out of things to do.

I've been going at it single player so far, but i'm going to try multiplayer this weekend with some friends to see how that goes. The difficulty in playing solo really all amounts to how well you can parry attacks. If you are half-decent at parrying, then you'll be totally fine. Classes from easiest to hardest in solo play: Bandit, Fighter, Mystic.

Dragon Quest 3 is the origin point for a lot of other Dragon Quest games. I'm glad they remastered this. This game is a good starting point if you're new to Dragon Quest. The other good one is Dragon Quest 11.

At first, I wasn't thrilled about the $60.00 price tag. I've seen so many different versions of this game that I considered it a warning.

I decided to buy it because I've been wanting to play a Dragon Quest game again. I'm happy to say that I got my money's worth.

They have added a lot of stuff to this game. The most important things are:

- A more defined story, which includes a previously unknown connection to Dragon Quest 1 / 2.
- Modern quality of life improvements that I abused maliciously.
- A new class that sucks at first, but has the potential to become the most powerful of all.
- Abilities that make non-caster classes a whole lot more desirable.
- More MP for Physical classes to make cross-training magic more viable.
- A lot of new bosses.
- A satisfying post-game

They fixed all the launch mistakes they made. My friend and I played through the campaign together, and the only thing we had any problems with was reaching max level too fast. This might be because they're releasing the expansion soon, and they revamped XP Growth. Seriously we were near max level before leaving Act 1.

I've played Necro and Sorceror so far and they both are really fun. For the most part, everything that you do will have rewards. So you can do whatever you want to do, and it won't be a waste of time.

The story has the dark, hopeless, and demonic atmosphere that were in Diablo I and II. Diablo III felt a bit like they wandered off the story path a bit, but they found themselves in the right place again.

This game's in a playable state now, and you should check it out if you like Diablo games.
