PSA to AMD System Owners

First off, this game is amazing, buy it. However, if you are running an AMD CPU and experience very poor performance (I'm talking like 40FPS or less on a 5950X and RTX 3090 like I was) then take a look at this guide: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/1057090/discussions/0/2998799976089312332/
This quadrupled my framerate in some cases and made the game significantly more enjoyable.
