La nueva era de los ARPG ha llegado.

S1 patch broke the game completely, constant crashes freezes and menus, cant even load into any Zombies game because it crashes on the loading screen or right after it started.

9/10, pierde un punto por diseño de bosses.

• Gameplay is very smooth, best tennis gameplay experience right now by far.
  
• Very intuitive and complete tutorial, including gameplay style defining sessions, one of the best I've seen on a game.
  
• Good sound effects and overall very immersive.
  
• A lot of customization for MyPlayer.
  
• Lots of courts.
  
• Online experience has been really smooth so far (could change when the game launchs due to the influx of players)

• Losing stamina is not punishing enough, which leads to comically long points a lot of times.
  
• Mistimed shots aren't as punished as they should so people in online just spam charged shots, similar as above.
  
• No matchmaking level balance, you are lvl 10-15 and get matched against lvl 30 constantly, which is basically unplayable, should have a maximum difference of 2-3 levels.
  
• Need to balance a lot of stuff, like serve and the charged shots spam.
  
• Graphics and animations are extremely outdated (specially for non-scanned players), should've used a more modern engine. In PC they are close to non-existent, I've seen a lot of PS5 footage and the difference is day and night.
  
• Serving is extremely inconsistent depending on the controller, on Steamdeck its easy, on dualsense its clunky but doable and on Xbox controller its nearly impossible to control the serve.
  
• Surface doesn't matter at all (gameplay wise).
  
• Play with a friend online not available in launch, coming later.
  
• Some MyPlayer settings not working properly, like editing voice type not having any feedback or not being able to see body hair/muscles because the player keeps the clothes while editing those options
  
• Overall, a lot of basic settings missing.
  
• Steamdeck unplayable, constant freezes, crashes and drains battery like crazy.

Its very arcadey so if you are expecting a simulator go play something else. Overall the game is a net positive for me but a lot of stuff could use more work and polishing, but the core aspect of the game (gameplay) is really smooth which is the most important aspect. If you like tennis games and are not looking for a realistic simulator you will really enjoy the game.

El juego está marcado como traducido al español y no lo está, lo cual me parece raro estando traducido a lenguajes minoritarios como el danés o el alemán.

EDIT: Si está traducido, solo que el menú de selección de lenguajes tiene un scroll "invisible" que se mueve clicando y arrastrando.

Muy buen DLC con una ambientación brutal, banda sonora excelente y lleno de easter eggs y referencias de Castlevania. Por ponerle algún fallo es que algunos de los enemigos son reskins, por lo demás es sublime sobre todo si te gusta Castlevania, para mi el mejor DLC hsata la fecha a pesar de no ser el más amplio.

Atrocious performance with huge memory leaks, thanks Denuvo once again and WB for the poor optimization. 5950x + 3070ti with quality dlss and ray tracing barely gets 30-40fps in the castle (1080p), gets 80-100fps sometimes with massive drops to 10-20fps. Cinematics are a powerpoint slideshow at 2-3fps and huge CPU bottleneck.

This game needs a serious performance patch ASAP, it is barely playable on a high end rig on 1080p.

EDIT 03/06/2023: The game got a HUGE free update that revamped the endgame, classes and added a ton of stuff, feels like a brand new game right now, 10/10

Played a few dozen hours of the demo and I recommend this game 100%. It has a lot of content and more importantly, a pretty good progression system both in your characters and the game modes. I also love to see how some of the abilities and passives are inspired in stuff from other games like WoW and PoE which are my favourite.

My only complain is that the game gets a bit laggy on steam deck when the runs are on the second half, it is not unplayable but fps tanks to 20-30 sometimes in low settings, usually hovers around 40 fps and maintain 60fps for the early stages of the run, fsr doesnt fix the issue so it seems like it is a cpu bottleneck.

Solid game, very recommended.

Long term support = playerbase growing during 5 years, maybe other AAA companies learn from this title, which is a money making machine right now.

Un pc capaz de correr a 60fps-2k juegos triple A pero que no puede correr a 1080p este juego sin lagazos cada 5-10 segundos por debajo de 20fps.
