So, over all of my accounts combined, I think im approaching somewhere around 2,500 hours in this game. Not just from the amount of time I have invested into this game, I have also experienced the ranking systems flaws and its changes. Some where great, some ... not so much, but never the less, the game has many things going for it.

Pro's:
Very large, active community
Near unlimited amount of gamemodes and custom gamemodes
Always keeps your attention
#1 FPS eSport
Caters to gambling addicts and case openers
Millions of daily players to meet
Great game to develope teamwork
YEARS of fun
Etc.

Although with anygame you cant have everything be perfect, sooo...

Cons:
Toxic players (any online game)
Ranking system is a little bit wonky
Undetectable cheats - VAC tries help ):
Learning curve from other games
Having to have a brain to play
