Decent strategic game with tactical XCOM-esque combat. Enemy AI are able to pump out units and make the game more of a slow slog through mud with combat taking ages in the later phases. Personally not my type of game though I primarily play strategy games.

My population is a rollercoaster and city looks as well constructed as a nuked city, I dont know if I'm doing this right

The game is a slow grind up with the population and their needs never being in equilibrium and with the radiation always battering down, it always feels like an unfair relentless beatdown. Which might b part of the experience?

So very slow, and so very boring. Pick up any other city builder game.

Quick Numbers:
Overall Enjoyment: 7/10
Story Engagement: 7.5/10
Replayability: 5/10
Difficulty: 2/10

A much more relaxed game in the XCOM series, where your squad of pre-created completely normal characters, shoot dudes, beat down criminals, and solve crimes.

This game lacks a sense of fear and anxiety while on a mission. Where in XCOM 2, you fear the constant threat of having your team insta-killed by a squad (that you accidentally alerted rip) while also having to rush to an objective that's quickly ticking down. In Chimera Squad, you have the ability to insta-kill enemy groups almost instantaneously with the breaching tactics, abilities, and much more relaxed RNG (30% hits basically hit everytime so far ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ). So far, I haven't had a "Omg please don't d- THEY DID IT- *Close Game*" situation yet.

The characters have some personality to them, some mildly entertaining passing dialogue through the game, but the story is pretty average. The idea behind the game with the world being rebuilt after XCOM 2 is great, and it was setup in a nice way where it all works well.

Became Lord Gaben and formed Valve releasing HL1 and Team Fortress at first but never released a third sequel to anything, ever.

It's a strategy game where you have to create your own game company as well as many many games to be criticised by other game companies everywhere! You start as a basement dweller to eventually become the ruler of a gaming factory churning out "new" games on the daily basis to pay your greedy developers who you pay tens of thousands of dollars monthly (How's 20k a month sound? D:), or if you're like me, when they get paid over 12k you fire them and hire some newbie for 9k then recycle. If making games, losing lots of money, playing with sliders, and looking at guides and charts on how to make a good game are your thing, go get this!
