dont get me wrong, the core gameplay loop is hella fun but everything else is just pure frustration. matchmaking still doesnt work in Asia region, meaning that if you're looking forward to play this game with couple of friends in a private lobby then forget about it. This game also has no support for Peer-to-Peer connection so your only way to play with your friends are either use the server browser to find the nearest game available or create your own dedicated server which of course requires some effort. Creating a party can also be annoying at times, everytime you leave a game your party will automatically be disbanded meaning you always have to re-party after every match.
All in all, the game is still enjoyable when it works but I will not recommend it if you're looking to exclusively play coop with your friends (unless you know your way to make a dedicated server).
Buy it on sale or wait for KF3.

this game severely needs an optimization patch, the performance kept deteriorating as I progress further into the level to a point where I was getting 24 Fps.
I'm using RX 470 4 GB and if it could run heavier, open-world games at 50-60fps on med to high settings, there's no excuse it couldn't run an on-rail shooter made in unity at above 30 fps.
Also, pls add OG sounds mode.

IMPORTANT NOTE! The game won't work right away after downloading. you HAVE to download a community-made patch first to bypass Games For Windows crash. Also, if you use Display Port on your monitor then tough luck because for some odd reason the game will not launch.

So why the bad review then?
That's because all of this crap shouldn't even be an issue in the first place. come on capcom.
